Do you leave room for padding?Yes we do. Unless you request otherwise we will add a little room for padding or an under suit.

Do you accept commissions?Yes we do. For a quote send us a message with the requirements, 3d files, and your address.

Can you size your items to fit me?Yes we can. Please send your measurements with your order or send us a message later. NOTE: Please send exact measurements. We will add a little room for padding.

Can you add text or offer custom variations of your products?Yes! We can customize just about anything! Add custom text? Yes! Get individual parts of any kit? Yes! Can you mirror items? Yes! Change a logo or symbol? Yes! Can you offer mix matched armor sets? Absolutely!

Can you give me a shipping quote?The best way to get an accurate shipping cost is to add the item to your cart, and enter your shipping address on the checkout screen. This will give you an exact shipping cost.

How long until my item ships?Production time varies depending on the product. Although our items often ship faster you can expect small items to ship within 3 business days, large items in 5-7 business days, extra large items may take 2 weeks. Customizations and post processing may add a couple days to the order. Shipping times for commissions will be included in your quote.

Do you accept returns?We accept returns on our physical items if they are returned in the same condition in which they are received. We DO NOT accept returns for customized items, commissions, or digital downloads. Though we will certainly work with you if there is shipping damage or a mistake on our part. If your item arrives damaged we will take care of the insurance claim and we will ship a replacement.

Do you offer painted or finished items?While some of our items can be used unpainted, we do not offer painted items. We only offer raw kits which will need to be sanded filled and painted.
